Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This policy applies to tickets for Kerala Startup Fest 2027 (6–7 January 2027, Kozhikode) bought on this website. By completing a purchase you agree to it.

1. Cancellation and refunds by the ticket holder

Tickets for Kerala Startup Fest 2027 (Silver and Gold) are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be cancelled by the ticket holder, except in the cases listed in section 2.

2. When you are entitled to a refund

  • The event is cancelled by the organisers. You will receive a full refund of the ticket price you paid.
  • The event is rescheduled. Your ticket stays valid for the new dates. If you cannot attend the new dates, write to us within 7 days of the announcement and you will receive a full refund.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order. The duplicate payment will be refunded in full.
  • Your payment was debited but no ticket was issued. If an order does not complete, the amount debited will be refunded in full, or the ticket will be issued if you prefer.

3. How to request a refund

Email keralastartupfest@gmail.com with your order reference, the email address used at checkout and the reason for the request. We will confirm whether the request is approved.

4. How and when refunds are paid

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay. We cannot refund to a different card, account or wallet.
  • Refunds are initiated within 7 working days of approval. After that, your bank or card issuer typically takes 5–7 working days to show the credit.
  • If a discount code was used, the refund is the amount you actually paid.
  • When an order is refunded, its tickets are cancelled and can no longer be used for entry.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page when you buy your ticket is the one that applies to your purchase.
